The Healing Acupressure Mat simulates traditional acupuncture treatments without painful needle sticks or the dreaded expense.
The Healing Acupressure Mat offers an alternative holistic approach to relieve and heal pain in the body utilizing acupressure massage therapy.
Your wellness is our priority. It is amazing what begins to unfold from within when one sits quietly and connects with the breath, body, and mind. Trust in nature and gravity. Lay down on the Healing Acupressure Mat, place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your abdomen. Breathe fully and deeply into this space. Allow your body to recover and rejuvenate.
How it works:
The Healing Acupressure Mat stimulates the production and release of endorphins in the brain. Endorphins are a hormone secreted from the brain and nervous system that ultimately activate the body's opiate receptors causing an analgesic effect. Endorphins provide a positive feeling in the body and reduce the perception of pain.
Safely and naturally allow your body to heal itself through the miracle of acupressure. The Healing Acupressure Mat & Pillow has been clinically-proven to significantly relieve pain in the body. Utilizing tactile stimulation to activate pressure points improves the circulation of oxygen-rich blood to all areas of the body.

How to use:
For best results, use the Healing Acupressure Mat together with the Healing Acupressure Pillow. We recommend placing your mat on a firm surface. Remove shirt or other clothing on the upper body. Lay bare skin directly over the pointed applicators while the neck and headrest gently on the pillow. You may bend your knees up or extends legs long. We recommend this posture for 15-30 minutes daily.
Other variations include: laying on your side, sitting cross-legged in your most comfortable meditation pose, placing the pillow under the lower back for an extra intense message, or standing hip-width apart with hands to heart center of your chest.
